Malaysian firm Azmi & Associates has established an international law practice to better service clients on their cross-border investments with the appointment of US-qualified lawyer Michael Doyle.
Doyle's appointment will enable the firm to service US and EU investors on business projects in Southeast Asia. He will be an advisor in the firm's new practice development and international law division, and will assist in developing best practices for Azmi lawyers with foreign clients. He will also keep his position as a partner of Thai firm Seri Manop & Doyle.
Doyle is noted for authoring publications such as Doyle's Practical Guide to Business Law in Developing Asia.
