Ashurst has transferred London corporate partner Nick Williamson to its Abu Dhabi office.
Williamson will be the third partner at the office, joining office managing partner David Wadham and real estate lawyer Matthew Hooton, who was made partner in May this year.
Williamson will work alongside Wadham on the corporate side of energy & resources transactions. “Nick… will prove a valuable addition to the team, particularly given his knowledge of the energy sector and [his] arrival will …add an extra dimension to our corporate offering,” said Wadham.
Williamson will bring the total number of lawyers in Abu Dhabi to eight, following the office’s launch in June last year.
