Swaab Attorneys has appointed family law specialist Rachel Slat and commercial litigator Tean Kerr as senior associates.

Slat has been an accredited specialist in family law since 2001, and an advocate and negotiator in intricate financial and complicated parenting matters.

Kerr qualified as a barrister and solicitor in Canada. He practised as a litigation advocate for five years before relocating to Australia in 2002. His litigation practice centres on commercial litigation and dispute resolution, directors' and officers' liability and insolvency, and banking and restructuring litigation.
