Lex Mundi appoints new global chair

US attorney Samuel Nolen of Richards, Layton & Finger, Lex Mundi's member firm for Delaware, has been elected chair of Lex Mundi by the organisation's board of directors during the Lex Mundi 2007 annual meeting in Singapore. At the same meeting, four new directors were also appointed, including Janet Looi of Skrine in Malaysia.
