The former Rabobank head of legal in Singapore, Yeong Wai Cheong, has moved to join KhattarWong's commercial and banking practice.

Yeong's move is a return to the firm in which he practised in the 1990s before moving to financial service house Rabobank as head of legal in its capital markets South Asia division.

In the corporate sector, Yeong (pictured) advised on cross-border and M&A transactions acting for lenders and borrowers.
