After more than a decade at Middletons, corporate & commercial partner Sebastian Greene has joined Piper Alderman.

Greene has more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, reconstructions, joint ventures, due diligence investigations, corporations and ASX law and trade practices. “Sebastian’s impressive, solid history practicing corporate and commercial law will complement not only our national corporate team, but also the Melbourne office as a whole,” said Piper Alderman managing partner, Tony Phelps.

Greene’s associate Rohan Pardasani will also be joining Piper Alderman.
