Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman was named the only international law member of the China Small and Medium Enterprises Financial Services Strategic Alliance.

Pillsbury's practice areas are cross-border financing, venture capital and private equity. The firm's Shanghai managing partner Joseph Chan is the alliance advisor. Chan said Pillsbury hopes to open an office in Beijing in the near future.
