Both Buddle Findlay and Minter Ellison Rudd Watts have appointed new partners in their property practices.
Buddle Findlay has appointed Daniel Kelleher as a new partner in its Auckland office. Kelleher is a member of the property team and has expertise inter alia in urban renewal projects and infrastructure.
Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has promoted commercial property specialist Patricia Green to the partnership in the Wellington office. Green originally joined the firm as a senior solicitor in 2009 and prior to that spent a number of years practising in London, including a period with commercial law firm Jeffrey Green Russell.
Minter Ellison Rudd Watts' property team has also recently welcomed two new senior associates: Justine Hollows, previously with Bell Gully and recently promoted Sarah Kneebone, who has been with the firm since 2006.
