Former Gilbert + Tobin energy and infrastructure co-head Vincent Dwyer has joined Norton Rose in Sydney. Dwyer has been involved in some high profile work in the power industry including advising AGL energy on its sale of its Hallett 4 wind farm in South Australia late last year.

Meanwhile global head of climate change and carbon finance Anthony Hobley has relocated from London to Sydney. A firm spokesperson said that Hobley will remain based in Australia for at least a year.
