The Norton Rose Group has added 15 partners across its global network, including three in Australia.
During the course of the current financial year, a total of 37 partners have joined Norton Rose Group.
Included in the latest partner appointments were seven women.
The promotions will create five new partners in Asia Pacific (two in Canberra, one in Shanghai, one in Singapore and one in Sydney), four new partners in London, four in Europe (Amsterdam, Athens, Munich and Paris) and two in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi and Bahrain). There partners are spread across banking, corporate finance, dispute resolution, real estate and occupational health and safety.
The newest Sydney partner is Marnie Mcconnell from the dispute resolution division. Mcconnell is an insurance lawyer and professional indemnity and directors & officers liability specialist, advising local and London underwriters, as well as providing insurance and contractual risk related advice to corporate clients.
In Canberra new partners are Ben Allen from the dispute resolution group and Bill Kritharas in the occupational health and safety group.
