Sydney-based AAR partner Guy Alexander has been appointed group leader of the firm’s  M&A and capital markets team. The role will be shared with Melbourne-based partner Jon Webster. Alexander takes over the practice head role from well known M&A expert Ewen Crouch, who was recently appointed as firm chairman.
