Moray & Agnew has bolstered its partnership with the appointment of former DLA Phillips Fox partner Peter Tredinnick.
Based in the firm’s Sydney office, Tredinnick will be joined by fellow DLA Phillips Fox special counsel, Belinda Marshall, and a number of lawyers from his team.
Tredinnick brings with him more than 25 years of insurance experience, and is regularly retained in high-profile and complex litigation, as well as more routine claims work.
“Peter brings to Moray & Agnew a substantial practice, acting for both a number of our existing key clients and insurers for whom we do not currently act. His appointment and that of his team represents a significant expansion of our professional indemnity and directors and officers practice, not only in Sydney but across all our offices," national managing partner Michael Pitt said.
The new appointments takes the Sydney-based partner count to 29; the professional indemnity and directors and officers practice partner count to12, and a lawyer head count to 27.
