    According to a new study by Macquarie Relationship Banking only 14% of Australian law firms are concerned about another downturn and amongst higher profit firms that figure drops to 4%.

    Robert Milliner has announced he will step down from the role of chief executive partner at Mallesons Stephen Jaques at the end of the year. Managing partner Stuart Fuller will replace Milliner from January 2012.
