Mallesons has commissioned an external provider to conduct a survey into the firm’s performance on diversity issues. In a statement, the firm said that the survey would be conducted on a voluntary basis and cover demographic diversity characteristics including cultural heritage, languages spoken, religious affiliation, children, sexual orientation, career status and views on stereotyping and bias at the firm.
