- Executing the float on the ASX of a major property trust specialising in the development and management of aged care facilities and retirement villages, resulting in $100m raised, and market capitalisation at issue of $553m;
- Advising a large multi-national energy generator and related entities on major documentation, corporate and operational issues relating to the development and network connection of power stations in Western Australia, South Australia and New South Wales;
- Acting for several large investors in the Opes Prime stockbroking • collapse. Recent action has included bringing proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia; and
- Acting for a listed funds management business on the • establishment of its property fund, including the design of the fund and handling the constitution, product disclosure statement, and other constituent documents.
