Lex Mundi approves Amarchand admission

Indian law firm Amarchand Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co has been admitted to the Lex Mundi network.
The approval of the admission by the Lex Mundi board of directors brings its total number of member firms to 161, representing approximately 15,000 lawyers worldwide.
Amarchand Mangaldas will be the exclusive Lex Mundi law firm for India and will be able to share information and expertise with other member firms.
The firm has 18 partners and over 135 associate advocates located in offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Calcutta and Ahmedabad.
A survey by ALB in March this year ranked the firm as the second largest in India - behind Fox Mandal - and one of the 50 largest in Asia.
