Beijing Kingfield has reeled in Nancy Zhang as a partner, along with her four-attorney team specialising in real estate, foreign direct investment and M&A in China.

Zhang comes from Beijing Hylands, where she built up a practice in the real estate field. Her real estate background includes project development, sales, acquisitions of existing or unfinished buildings, joint ventures, lease transactions and other real-estate related matters.

She also has substantial experience in foreign direct investment and M&A in China, through advising many international clients establishing themselves in China or acquiring existing PRC companies.
