Herbert Geer has added two new partners to the firm in the past two days.
Holding Redlich projects and construction partner St. John Frawley along with special counsel Catherine Bell and senior associate Kane Barrett have joined the Melbourne office of the firm. Frawley brings 20 years of experience in all aspects of the construction, engineering and infrastructure area, acting for a range of institutional and private commercial clients.
Corporate lawyer Glen Selikowitz has also joined the firm’s Sydney office. With more than 14 years experience as a corporate lawyer, Selikowitz was most recently a principal at McCabe Terrill Lawyers, and has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and general corporate and securities law, both in Australia and internationally, having initially qualified as a lawyer in South Africa. He has also been a partner at Arnold Bloch Leibler.
