Han Kun has appointed Liu Dong, a former partner at Chang Tsi & Partners , as head of its dispute resolution practice as it looks to break into this rapidly-growing area of practice.
Liu, who has extensive experience in dispute resolution and IP protection, represents a large number of multinational companies in different industries including manufacturing, finance & insurance, internet, telecommunication, luxury goods and public media.
Liu’s impressive track record includes acting for Apple in a Trademark Infringement and Unfair Competition case, which was selected as one of 50 leading examples of dispute resolution cases by the Supreme People's Court in 2008.
