Kim & Chang has appointed former Fried Frank partner Edward Kim as a foreign attorney in its corporate department.
Kim, who is admitted to the New York bar, will assist clients on cross-border transactions.
"We hope to capitalise on Edward's vast experience to enhance our capabilities in inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions and private equity," said partner K T Jung. "Edward will also be instrumental in mentoring and further developing our younger lawyers."
