Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has appointed specialist energy lawyer Sarah Sinclair to the partnership. Sinclair has more than 19 years’ commercial experience advising clients in infrastructure and energy, and most recently held the role of corporate legal counsel at Genesis Energy.
The appointment comes only a month after former partner Kara Daly rejoined the firm as special counsel in the banking and financial services team. The firm has been active in the recruitment stakes of late and other senior hires this year include new partner, Neil Millar, who joined in May this year from Kensington Swan as well as ex-Clifford Chance TMT partner Alison Lindsay.
Sinclair will join the firm’s corporate team in the Auckland office.
