As expected, Heller Ehrman has given its lawyers 60 days notice of its intention to close its doors forever, with the last day being 28 November. It’s a sad end, with the firm just two years away from what would have been its 120th year of operation. While there were rumours of Baker & McKenzie and Winston & Strawn picking up large segments of Heller Ehrman’s lawyers, both firms have said that this would not occur.
