One of Singapore’s largest firms,
Drew & Napier, has signalled its intent to further expand its banking & corporate practice, bringing on board Marcus Chow as a director and Kenneth Chee as an associate director, the firm said in a press statement on Tuesday. Both lawyers bring specialist knowledge in equity and debt capital markets, M&A, IT and REITS to the firm and boast significant experience in large cross-border transactions. Chow has worked on a number of H-Listings, Regulation S and Rule 144A offerings, while Chee has worked extensively on China, India, US and Korea-related matters.
Chow joins Drew & Napier after stints as a director at Stamford Law and the Issuer Regulation department of the Singapore Exchange, while Chee hails from Drew & Napier’s arch-rival Allen & Gledhill, prior to which he was at Colin Ng Partners and a venture capital partner and general counsel for MMI Technoventures
