DLA Phillips Fox has had its first casualty since announcing financial integration with DLA Piper. Head of the workplace relations and employment law team, John Tuck, has joined Corrs Chambers Westgarth as a partner in the Melbourne office.
Tuck is recognised as a leading practitioner in industrial relations, employment and safety and prior to DLA Phillips Fox was a partner with Freehills.
Tuck’s clients include companies such as Foster’s Group, ANZ, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, United Group, WorleyParsons, Cadbury, and Victoria Police. He also recently developed the industrial relations plan for Esso’s A$3.5bn expansion at the Kipper Tuna Turrum oil and gas field in Bass Strait and provides strategic advice dealing with all aspects of workplace relations.
