The run of REIT action continued for Colin Ng & Partners this month with the listing of the Allco Commercial REIT on the Singapore stock exchange.

Colin Ng advised the manager Allco with Peter Mitchell - head of the firm's Australia practice group - leading on the deal along with partners Elaine Beh and Claudia Teo.

Mallesons Stephen Jaques also advised Allco while Clifford Chance Wong acted for the underwriters along with Arfat Selvam Alliance.

It is the first Asia-Pacific REIT to have assets in both Singapore and Australia.
