Speaking of growth, it's another new office for
Bryan Cave. The firm is following up its recent launches in
Milan, Hamburg and San Francisco with a Paris operation.
But the Bryan Cave logos are not going up just yet – at this stage the firm has reached an agreement with French attorneys Kathie Claret and Joseph Smallhoover, lately of Dechert, that they will form the core of the Bryan Cave team once the Paris Bar Council approves the firm’s application to establish a presence.
Bryan Cave chairman Don Lents nominated multijurisdictional M&A and international arbitration as two areas in which the firm is hoping to pursue work.
