Corrs and Minter Ellison have advised on the sale of AVJennings’ contract building division to Japanese listed company Sekisui House Limited. The arrangement involves both the sale and the formation of an alliance between the two companies around land and use of the AVJennings brand, ownership of  which will remain with AVJennings Limited.  The transaction is conditional on the approval of the Foreign Investment Review Board with expected completion date of July 2010
