Another strike for CNP in India

Colin Ng & Partners (CNP) has advised US-based Reed Business Information in its joint venture with Infomedia India to establish Reed Infomedia India.

Indian counsel representing Reed Business were Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, with Wadia Ghandy & Co representing Infomedia.

Reed Business and Infomedia will hold 51% and 49% respectively in the joint venture.
