At last, the moment has arrived to announce the official list of finalists for the second annual Asian Legal Business Awards. We wish to thank the hundreds of legal and industry professionals who enthusiastically entered into the spirit of the Awards by assisting with our months of research and examination of the industry. Your insight and experience has proven invaluable and we would not have been able to complete this task without it. Thank you all.

Nominations have come from senior in-house legal figures, private practitioners, barristers, regulators, rating agencies and legal recruiters.

Each made nominations by submitting nomination forms and consulting directly with our researchers, who contacted and interviewed leading industry professionals.

Each nomination was thoroughly reviewed and considered in each of the 31 categories. Special consideration was given to multiple peer nominations. Each short-listed firm or individual was contacted and asked to provide detailed information, supporting documentation, and examples of achievements etc.

Finally, after painstaking consideration of each proposed finalist and supporting information, we take great pleasure in announcing the official finalists for the Asian Legal Business Awards.

For those of you who did not make the final list, we would like to stress that across the nomination proposals that we received, the standard was extremely high, and the number of finalists was of course restricted. We thank you for your time, efforts and assistance and wish you the best for next year. For those of you who did make the final list, great work and congratulations on a fantastic result!
