New ties for old law school alumni

Graduates of the University of New South Wales law school will have the chance to rekindle old ties at the Hyde Park Barracks this Thursday, 8 November.
The UNSW Law Faculty is launching its own Alumni chapter at the Barracks, with speakers including Peter Noble (Chapter Executive Chairman) and former NSW Supreme Court and Court of Appeal judge, the Honourable Gordon Samuels (Chapter Patron).
Australia Council chair David Gonski AO will give the keynote speech. Gonski is the chairman and a director of several companies, including Investec Australia Limited (chairman), Coca-Cola Amatil (chairman), ANZ Banking Group Limited (director) and John Fairfax Holdings Limited (director).
