Latham & Watkins LLP has acted as US counsel to the joint global coordinators and bookrunners in connection with the US$436.7m sponsored offering of American Depositary Shares by ICICI Bank Limited.

Singapore-based partner Michael Sturrock, together with counsel Andrew Hutton, led the US firm's team on India's largest sponsored ADS offering to date. The ADSs are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

ICICI Bank Limited is India's second largest bank.
