Jun He Law Offices has made two further lateral hires at partner level since the New Year.
Ding Jianxiang joins from the Beijing office of Vinson & Elkins, where he had been based since 1998. Ding has advised several multinational companies on matters in connection with foreign investment, M&As, project finance, energy, telecommunications and international taxation. His clients included the World Bank. Prior to that he was with fellow US firm Chadbourne & Parke's Hong Kong office and before that with PRC firm CITIC Law Firm.
Former Graham & James lawyer Sang Binxue joins the firm from another unnamed US law firm. Sang practices in the areas of corporate, securities and real estate law, and has advised US and multinational clients in a number of complex M&As, foreign investment, assets purchase and construction projects.
The additions come as the firm jumps six places in this year's ALB50 rankings after adding 30 lawyers in the last 12 months.
