Freehills is representing Just Group in connection with the clothing retailer and manufacturer's $500m IPO next month.

Richard Loveridge is the firm's lead partner advising on the float, assisted by solicitors Romina Cobal and Amy Goble.

Citigroup Global Markets and Goldman Sachs JB Were are the float's joint lead managers.

Just Group's brands include Just Jeans, Jacqui E and Peter Alexander. The company acquired Portmans stores in 2002 in a $40m deal and is targeting other retailers for further expansion.
