Huang Xuhua, Partner, King and Wood
Huang Xuhua specialises in foreign direct investments in China, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters. He has practiced law for 20 years and has represented Chinese and foreign investors in M&A and Greenfield investments in China. Practicing sectors include financial institution, telecom, real property, automotive, port, power and energy, media and entertainment, manufacturing and high technology. He has also advised a large number of Chinese domestic companies, foreign invested enterprises and foreign investors on their investments and daily legal issues such as corporate governance, foreign exchange, employment, tax and regulatory compliance. Mr. Huang received his LLB degree and post graduate diploma (in civil law) both from China Renmin University in Beijing and his LLM degree from Columbia Law School in New York.

Terence Foo has extensive experience in M&A and private equity transactions in China. Based in Beijing, he has advised a broad range of multinational corporate clients and financial institutions on cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in China as well as public takeovers of Hong Kong and mainland China listed companies. In addition, he represents leading private equity players on LBOs, MBOs, public-to-private transactions and growth capital/venture capital investments in China.
