DEAL SUMMARY

India’s largest private iron ore exporter Sesa Goa Limited, and London listed Vedanta Resources acquires Dempo Group’s mining assets.

Acquisition involved 100% equity stake in V.S Dempo & Co. which holds 100% equity shares of Dempo Mining Corporation, as well as 50% stake in Goa Maritime.
