• Indosat International Finance and PT Indosat Tbk, the second-largest cellular operator and dominant international call provider in Indonesia has listed a US$250 million guaranteed notes offer that includes “high yield” covenants, pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A, on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
• The offering consisted of 10-year unsecured senior notes at 7.357%, due 2020.
• The controlling shareholder of PT Indosat Tbk is Qatar Telecom and the company intends to retire its existing 2010 and 2012 high yield notes with the proceeds of the offering.
