DEAL SUMMARY
·        The HKSE has fallen about 10% since mid-April amid fears about the Europe economy, Liansu however, managed to hold its ground by raising around US$250m

·        JP Morgan and UBS acted as joint global coordinators for the transaction

·        Jun He also recently helped NVC Lighting launch its US$196m IPO on the HKSE amidst difficult market conditions.
