Singapore property group CapitaLand''''s proposed offering & listing of shares - under new name CapitaMalls Asia

CMA to manage 86 retail properties - one of Asia’s largest listed “pure play” shopping mall businesses by property value and geography.

Listing is second largest IPO in Singapore (Singapore Telecommunications Limited in 1993) - raised S$2.5 billion.

Sole financial advisor was J.P. Morgan. Joint issue managers were JPM and DBS Bank. Joint bookrunners and underwriters were JPM, DBS, Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch.

WongPartnership utilized nine-partner team on transaction for longstanding client CapitaLand – previously advised on its US$746m issuance of convertible bonds in August 09.
