DEAL SUMMARY

•CMMT, the largest “pure-play” shopping mall in Malaysia by market capitalisation and property value is releasing a REIT IPO on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

•CMMT is a spin-off from Singapore listed CapitaMalls Asia.

•Clifford Chance also advised the underwriters of CapitaMalls Asia’s US$1.8bn IPO, the largest offering in Singapore since October 2003.
