Chinese private equity and fund management companies, Bohai Industrial Investment Fund Management Company, and CDH Investments Management Company, have acquired 20% stake in Chery Automobile Company Limited for a consideration of 2bn yuan ($293m).
The investment will enable Chery to establish a footstone for its planned IPO in Shanghai.
